L’évolution des modes de vie ces dernières années donne lieu à des mutations importantes dans les organisations spatiales privées et publiques. Associée à ce phénomène, une envie émerge également chez les usagers : le besoin de s’identifier et de s’approprier les espaces dans lesquels ils évoluent. L’enjeu principal dans le projet d’aménagement du self de l’Institut de La

Cadenelle est donc de proposer des réponses d’aménagement adaptées aux nouveaux besoins des usagers en réfléchissant à la création d’espaces qualitatifs répondant aux attentes de chacun et la personnalisation des espaces pour favoriser leur appropriation. Les objectifs sont les suivants :

– Valoriser l’architecture en harmonisant les matériaux et les couleurs dans l’ensemble du self ;

– Proposer des espaces adaptés aux différents usages et besoins des étudiants ;

– Travailler sur l’acoustique du self pour améliorer le confort des usagers ;

– Et associer l’aménagement aux nouveaux objectifs de services et aux nouvelles pratiques alimentaires souhaitées par l’établissement.
